All our chalets are of the same size and features, spread over two floors, and can accommodate from two to six people.
On the ground floor, there is the living area with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and a bathroom with a shower and double whirlpool bathtub.
On the first floor, there is the sleeping area with a master bedroom, a sitting room with a sofa bed, and a mezzanine with two single beds.
In the chalet’s kitchen, in addition to tableware, there are a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee moka pot, a kettle, a microwave oven, sponges and dishcloths, dish soap, and bags for waste sorting.
There is no pod coffee machine, dishwasher, or condiments/food supplies.
All chalets have an outdoor porch and a grill, and we provide firewood for the grill.

If you cancel a reservation with less than 14 days notice (medium or low season reference period), you will be subject to a penalty equal to 50% of the reservation.
If you cancel a reservation with less than 30 days notice (high season reference period), you will be subject to a penalty equal to 50% of the reservation.
If you cancel a reservation with less than 24 hours notice (meaning from 00.00 on the day of arrival) or in case of no-show, you will be subject to a penalty equal to the entire amount of the reservation.
In case of cancellation within the terms and the guest requests a refund of the deposit paid, a sum equal to 10% of the deposit paid will be retained.
We authorize the charging of any penalties, prepaid amounts, or the total booking amount to the credit card provided as a guarantee by the indicated deadline.
By choosing the Be Safe rate, you can book worry-free, thanks to the insurance coverage for cancellation and health included in the cost of your stay.
Pets are allowed in the village with an additional fee of €20 per night per animal.
The cost of the stay includes bed and bath linens, access to the four outdoor saunas located within the village, final cleaning of the accommodation, and Wi-Fi connection.
Daily cleaning of the accommodation is not included, but it can be requested for an additional fee.
Within the village, there are the Borgo Nomplan restaurant and the Calluna SPA wellness center, both of which are available by reservation for an additional fee.
Our village is located between Comeglians and Ravascletto, in Carnia (UD).
The nearest airport is Trieste Airport – Ronchi dei Legionari.
The nearest train station is Carnia Station.
3 km from the village, in Ravascletto, there are the ski lifts to Monte Zoncolan, which are open during both the winter and summer seasons.

- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, while check-out is by 10:00 AM.
It is possible to arrange a late check-out by 6:00 PM (subject to availability) for an additional fee of €50.00.
- Please respect the quiet hours from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM to avoid disturbing others.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations and facilities of the village.
The parking available for guests is open and free, and is located at the entrance of the Village (parking near your accommodation is not allowed).

It is possible to use the TUReSTA voucher in Fvg at our establishment for a minimum stay of 3 nights. You can contact us via email to receive the form to fill out, and during the booking process on our website, you will need to select the standard rate.
It is possible to request a camping cot and/or high chair free of charge upon prior notice and subject to availability.
